DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders for products available in stock, paid for by Paypal and placed before 12 noon are dispatched at least in the afternoon from Monday to Friday. 

TIME LIMIT
The delivery times, following validation of your order, are as follows:
- Colissimo by post office: for France 3 to 5 working days; for countries in the EU delivered 5 to 7 working days
- Chronopost: 2 to 3 working days

- For countries outside the EU, the deadlines are between 15 days and 6 weeks depending on the country of delivery

Any order confirmed before 11 a.m., Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays) is generally processed the same day within the limit of available stocks. And any order confirmed between Friday 12 p.m. and Sunday evening is generally processed the following Monday or Tuesday (except public holiday).

During the validation of his order, the customer is informed of the deadline for delivery of his order, taking into account the availability of the products and the delivery method selected. However, if this period should be extended, the customer will be notified by the seller.

In any case, and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 216-1 of the Consumer Code, the products ordered will be delivered within a maximum period of thirty days from the day following that on which the buyer registered his order, subject to full payment of the price.

In the absence of delivery at the end of this period, the buyer will have the possibility of canceling his order. The sums paid by the buyer will then be returned to him without delay, to the exclusion of any other compensation.

In the event of a delay in delivery in relation to the date initially fixed, the buyer may notify PATY O. PARIS on writing (mail, email) in order to improve the quality of service which may be offered to him and to allow Mademoiselle bio to investigate with the carrier.

If during this investigation, the product is found, it will be immediately re-routed to the place of delivery designated in the order form. On the other hand, if the product ordered is not found at the end of this investigation period, PATY O. PARIS will proceed at its expense to a new shipment of the products ordered by the buyer.

Return policy

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen clear days from the date of receipt to return the products ordered at his own expense, for reimbursement.


To return one or more products:


1) The product must be in a perfect state for resale, in its original state (packaging, accessories, instructions...), duly sealed, unused and accompanied by the order number.

An opened and/or used product will not be exchanged or refunded.

2) Send an email to contact@patyoparis.fr with the subject "Return request" specifying your order number, and the product(s) you wish to return.

3) For your information, please note that product must be sent on your own fees

4) Upon receipt of the products and after checking their condition and the legal deadline, Paty O. Paris will proceed with the refund.
